At LensEVO, your satisfaction is our top priority. In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations (Consumer Rights Act 2015), we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving your product. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Process:

  1. Send an email to contact@lensevo.online with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. After review, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty. This information is clearly communicated before purchase.
  4. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing may not always be perfect. At LensEVO, we offer a hassle-free solution for size exchanges:

  • If the product does not fit, you may keep it. There is no need to return the item.
  • To receive a new product in the correct size, you will only pay a fee that covers shipping and production costs. This fee will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

Size Exchange Process:

  1. Send an email to contact@lensevo.online with your order number and the correct size details.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will send you a payment request for the exchange fee.
  3. After payment is received, the new product in the correct size will be shipped.
